The System

Every engagement starts with a BDW audit: a structured analysis of your store across five critical CRO areas (mobile experience, conversion elements, email capture, offer structure, and trust signals). This produces a quantified score and a ranked list of findings.

From there, we pick the highest-leverage play from our library of 25+ proven tactics and execute it in a sprint. We track the outcome with weekly scorecards that measure revenue, conversion rate, average order value, and marketing efficiency ratio. If a play wins, we scale it. If it doesn't, we learn and pivot.
